Stimulus Payments Update
Stimulus Payment Update: Your account may show your stimulus payment as “pending” until funds are scheduled to be available as early as March 17th. Get notified when a deposit posts to your account with our Deposit Alerts in Online Banking. Please check the IRS's website for updates.
We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volume as a result of the impending receipt of stimulus payments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Get Notified on Deposits
Deposit alert notifications can be set up in your online account in a few easy steps.
1. Click the icon that says "alert preferences" in your checking or savings account
2. Under Transaction Alerts select "add alert"
3. Select "credit" and determine your amount, i.e., enter $1,399 for any amount over $1,399
4. Select how you would like to be notified and you are all set
This will allow you to get notified without having to log in!
Additionally, the IRS has provided a page to "check the status" of your payment.
Unfortunately fraud will increase around the stimulus payments and we ask that you remain aware that we will never ask for your MyPoint credentials like your online banking login or password. If you receive a suspicious email or text message, please do not respond, click on links, or open attachments.
Branches Remain Open at This Time With Modified Hours
- We are considered an essential business and our operations are open during these uncertain times.

- If you choose to visit one of our branches, we are requiring that you comply with San Diego County Public Health Order and CDC guidelines in an effort to protect the health and well-being of you, fellow members, and our staff. This includes:
- Practicing social distancing of 6 feet or greater.
- We do ask that you please not come into a branch if:
- You are showing symptoms of COVID-19 including running a fever, coughing, or other respiratory illnesses.
- You have been exposed to anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
- For everyone’s safety, our teams reserve the right to ask a member to exit the branch if they see that an individual is not complying with the most recent San Diego Public Health Order.
- We have robust online and mobile banking tools where you can do a majority of your every-day banking transactions from the comfort of your own home.

- We have enhanced our cleaning and sanitizing of each branch.

Accessing Your Accounts
- Need to do a transaction in the branch that may take longer? You can set up an appointment
at a branch to minimize your time waiting here. Appointments can also be scheduled for over the phone or via Zoom.
- Online Banking gives you 24/7 access to your account. You can continue to access your MyPoint account anywhere by using our online banking and mobile app platforms.

- Our online banking platform provides you with financial tools, lets you transfer between accounts, deposit checks, view e-Statements, Bill Pay, view your secure message center, and more so you can bank in the comfort and convenience of your own home or anywhere you are.
Emergency Financial Assistance Programs
- We have developed a COVID-19 Coronavirus Emergency Assistance Loan Program up to $5,000 to assist those impacted. If you've been financially impacted and need help, please reach out to us at 888-495-3400.
